I have been trying for a couple years as to running YMPlates. When did this come into being. My police department did'nt know. Appreciate info so I can bring them up to date. Thanks

I have a match set of 1932 Pa. plates in excellent shape and would trade for a match set for 1940 Pa. I always though that someday I would own a 32 Ford. I guess that will never happen. Wife wants me to dawn size and sell most of my cars. That hard to do. Maybe put all of them for sale and whatever goes that it. My daughter does not want them.
