Default oil pump removal 1936 engine

I removed the bolt that holds the oil pump to the block. I figured that I could turn it back and forth and pull up on it (the engine is upside down on an engine stand) and it would come out but it is either really frozen or there is something else I have to remove before the pump will come out. The flywheel, pressure plate, camshaft and crankshaft are still in. Any suggestions?
