Hi Mike,

The cell phone records show that number is "ported" and the owner could be anywhere. The actual number shows to be in La Grande, Oregon. Hope this will help. Thomas T

Mine rings, I sometimes answer, usually in English and if it turns out to be "Patrick" with a peculiar eastern accent the fun begins... its NOW open season on POLITICAL INCORRECTNESS... Try calling me to find out!
Actually when I got my new free verizon phone I had the counter geek at the crack phone store SPECIFICALLY remove ALL texting capabilities. Thats means no pics, no apppps, no nuthin' except a warm human voice on the other end that BETTER HAVE PERTINENT business with me or be prepared to get some warm earlobes LOL ws

Yachtsmanbil Here is what a friend said to do, if you get a call from a scammeruse a police whistle, and blow it hard and loud. I just today got a call from "Rachel from card services, no problem with card but (YOU) I can lower my rates on my card. I was 11th on the witing list, so I put the phone on speaker phone and when the answered I said what did you say ahd he hung up on me. So my next plan of attack is the police whislle .
Go oput and enjoy the ride in the"T"

These people become pretty immune to obsene language, loud noises, etc. If you want to get rid of them, waste their time - act like you are interested, ask a lot of questions, do not give them any information & when they get excited tell them that you are not interested, your mom is calling, your day pass is up or something similar. They get paid by the call or by the sale, so if you cost them the time for about 10 calls it hurts them where it counts.

They seem to have a "not worth calling" list that they all share - I do not get very many calls any more.
