1/4 Panel Length 30 Coupe

Hi Guys: I'm working on a 30 Coupe that someone has worked on before. The 1/4 is about 1 1/2" longer than the subframe. The wheelhouse panels were replaced in the past and I figure that's were the problem is. Does anyone have a coupe with the rear fenders off, that you can get a lenght measurement along the bottom of the 1/4 from the door flange to the rear of the rear rail???I would be big help. My fear is that the Sub rail maybe wrong.
