I have three rebuilt Ford transmissions for sale. One early 1937 Trans, complete with tower, new throw out bearing, shift lever and shift knob (brown; original). Cleaned, painted Ford green. New thrust washers, very good gears. $400.00.
Two rebuilt 1939 transmissions. New bearings, washers, very good gears, new synchros, #78 cases, cleaned, painted, correct rear mount, shift towers, one with swan neck lever, the other has no shift lever. $550.00 each. Used Mac Van Pelts book and parts on the rebuilds.
Here's the best part. I am traveling to Michigan next month along I80. I could deliver for a reasonable fee along the way between southeast Idaho and Detroit. Perhaps I could be persuaded to deviate from my route if you're not too far off the path. Send PM if interested. Or, you could pick one up if you are vacationing in Yellowstone NP or ?? Prefer not to ship.
