I installed the repro wood floors in my 1930 Model A 4dr sedan this weekend. I thought it would be easy boy was I wrong. Those things are a joke the way they fit. I had to lengthen the slots for the pedals, enlarge the holes for the starter etc, oversize all of the holes for the screws and elongate 3 screw holes to make everything fit..I think those should come as blanks and then backmark and drill them yourself. I was wondering does everyone have the same issues I did or does it vary from car to car.Is there a certain vendor that has ones that fit really nice....Its all good now though I'm all done

Hardly anything just fits. You have to make it fit.

I don't want to make excuses for any manufacturer, but as much as those old frames move and sag, especially where it relates to the engine and transmission, one would do well to "make their own."

Same here, cut it out of 3/4 inch ply. Rather easy if you have the tools. Sorry, guess it is to late for you.
