On a 35/36 car, there are small wire clips that hold the door window interior panels to the door. These panels are made of a light gauge metal with uphostery material glue to them and go around the inside door glass and are held in place by the clips. Anyone know a vendor who would have these clips. They are much smaller then the clips that hold the door panels on.

Those clips are special. Restoration Specialties and Supply #1231 page 116 of their catalog. Door trim clip $1.10 each.
This is the only place I have found them after years to salvaging these from other cars. |

Be aware that those clips should go in with the "loop" end next to the small indentation in the sheet metal. This location will insure that when you install the panel it will line up with the holes in the door itself.
Enjoy! |

Does anyone know how many of these clips are used on the 1936 Club Cabriolet interior? Close will do as I'll buy some extras. Thanks, Bruce |
