I spoke to Steve day before yesterday. He said they're swamped.

I spoke to Steve last Thursday. Said they were really busy. Great guy. He called me to follow up on an email I had sent.

Steve is usually pretty good about returning phone calls. Leave a message. I had a nice chat with him at a conference about two weeks ago.

They are always busy. I sent an email to get the manual for the OD in my car. I never got a reply but the manual showed up 3 days later in my snail mail. GREAT SERVICE. Mine has had a syncro problem since I bought it. I think the PO used synthetic lube in it. I need to drain/clean it and put in the right stuff to see if that fixes it. If not I'll have to pull it out and send it in.

Here is a video tour of Mitchell Manufacturing with Steve Mitchell. I learned a lot.
