Default Please identify this early28 truck cab

My friend has an early 28 AA truck cab that has a Ford script above the larger than I have seen rear window. The embossing on the rear of the cab is also different from my 28 AA cab. My book Ford Trucks since 1905 by James Wagner , shows a body like this with the Ford script that says it was a service truck that was later available to Ford dealers. Is this a rare body? Should I have him take better care of it? The reason I know it is an early model is that it has the emergency brake on the left frame rail.

Better get it inside storage. Good find indeed!
