1956 Mercury turn signal indicator bulb
So with the help of this forum and the HAMB, I’m down to some little things on my 56 Mercury. The only thing that doesn’t work as far as lights is the right side turn signal indicator. I believe it’s just a bulb since I hear the relay, and left side green arrow indicator lights up nice and bright. I’ve looked at the gauge cluster and it’s not very obvious to me on how to remove and get to the bulb, if I have to remove it at all? Anyone have any experience with this?
Thanks all, Ryan |

Re: 1956 Mercury turn signal indicator bulb
Most sockets for dash bulbs on cars of this era just pull out. Make sure the socket is pushed all the way in as this is the ground. Vaguely familiar with the 56 Merc dash, it's gotta be a bitch getting up in there to get the socket.
