Default Radiator shell question

There is a hood rod pivot point on top of a radiator shell. Can anyone advise how the pivot point for the hood rod is secured to the radiator shell??
Is it soldered, or spot welded, or???? Trying to get one off a 31' shell

Thanks!!

I just looked at my 31 shell, it sure looks like a rivet to me. I can't see the underside, but the top sure looks like a rivet head.
