Thumbs down 51 eab v8

Fuel Pump doesn't pump fuel. I put in a new diafram and it still does not bring fuel up. What should be checked next/

Also, make sure the gasket on the sediment bowl is sealing correctly. Any kind of a leak there will cause the pump to not work. I have found that the cork gaskets do a better job of sealing than the neoprene ones.

Did you do anything other than replace the diaphragm? How about the check valves? Your best bet is to send it to Charlie Schwendler in New York for a rebuild.

Another thing on the list is the fuel pump push rod. Measure it's length and compare to the specs.
