Default Brake clips

On my 26 model t the front drum brake line goes through the frame. The hole it goes thru is to large for the hydraulic line. The hose I bought has a c clip used for to keep the line from moving. I was going to use the c clip to prevent the hose from going into the frame. Does anyone about this c clip that comes on new hydraulic hoses? If I can’t find a c clip do you think a e clip would work? I just need the c clip or e clip to take up slack to prevent the brake hose from going into the frame
Thank
Jerry

This may sound a bit mean but, this is a Ford Model T page and is about original Ford Model T's or era related. Sorry, but pretty much except for the body and frame, it is not really a Model T, so a lot of your questions are outside the scope of this site. I am going to suggest trying Ford barns sister page; https://www.fordbarn.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=25
I think maybe because of what your car is, it might be a better fit.

Thanks for the words of wisdom. I know my Ford is kind of 26ish. So I joined this site to get info on the model t part of my car. Better to ask a lot of questions then just assume.don’t worry I ask a lot of questions and listen to peoples take on things. Like I said my car is fordish. Plus after much cussing begging an pleading with my car I figured out a fix.
Thank
Jerry
