Default Pickup Truck Cab to Box Panel

Hello everyone...

A number of years ago I acquired a "Pickup Truck Cab to Box Panel" because it was missing on my 1931 Wide Bed Pick-up.

When I got it I couldn't figure out how to mount it between the cab and box so I shelved it for later.....Now it's later.

So how does the panel mount between the cab and box.

There are only two tiny holes on one side.

Lots of thanks in advance.
