Default F-1 steering box completed

I hadn't done one of these before and at 3+ inches of play (even after adjustment) this one needed some attention.
I departed from stock on the paint finish of the case and used POR-15 and I added a seal on the input side, pressed into the case.
I also upgraded from the stock Ford steering column bearing directly under the steering wheel and pressed a sealed bearing into place there.
I'm at basically zero play at the steering wheel, so I'm pretty happy with the results. I mixed Mobil 1 synthetic lube and STP engine treatment to create a lube that has proven to be an excellent performer on past recirculating ball steering box jobs.
Sorry there aren't more photos.

Drives much more predictably now that all the steering is new.
I'm doing crack repair on the steering wheel and almost done with that.....
