Default Does this noise sound familiar to anyone?

My '31 has been making an odd noise when the engine is running, and I'm not entirely sure where it's coming from. My next step is to remove the fan belt and start turning things by hand to see what they feel/sound like. But I figured I'd post a sample here first, to see if it sounds familiar to anyone.

It's sort of a mid-pitch whistling sound, that doesn't ever change pitch regardless of engine speed. It mostly occurs when the engine is idling, and a little bump of the throttle makes it go away. I have however had a few times where even at a high idle speed, the same noise shows up.

Anyway, here's a short youtube clip of the noise. I'd advice turning your volume down before you click, since it's mega annoying.

Thanks!
