Default Moon shine cars

I have a 1939 Ford Deluxe coupe that came from Kentucky a long time ago and I am pretty sure it was a alcohol transport car , I have arrived at this conclusion based on 3 issues the car has or had #1 the rear suspension has 2 extra heavy rear springs #2 when looking at the trunk floor there is a rectangular section that was removed from the trunk floor and is now covered with a patch #3 the car previously had a later model engine in it at one time , are there other clues I am missing on this car ?
