Yes Will. It's all cut and sew. I was able to locate a very nice "Bedford" cord that is 100% polyester. Not "correct for a 30 Tudor but we love it. Did the woodgraining a number of years ago so it really pops now. New glass and interior for around $1100. Granted It was all wholesale pricing on the fabric. But all in all SaraJayne and I are very pleased. Glad ya like it.

Beautiful job. What or where did you get patterns for the cut and sew?

I used my old and very worn interior as a base but pretty much had to make my own patterns on the fly. I had two careers. One as licensed Funeral Director and also journeyman Upholsterer. I discarded the front seat cushion springs and designed my own spring bases and then custom engineered the foam rubber. Tudors are known to be uncomfortable and I did not really care for going with late model Bucket seats. Glad you like my work.

Thank You everyone for your kind comments. I have not done any upholstery in 18 years. As far as shop space I'm like many of you just a two car attached garage that I share with the Wife. It was difficult too with physical issues but I was bound and determined to get this project done . it has taken 5 months. Not J/S correct but pretty damn close. Thanks again!

WOW! You sure are a professional. I have tried many things but can honestly say Upholstery is not one of them and probably never will. I am a woodworker so I replaced the ribs in my Roadster top but it is now at an Upholstery shop waiting for new canvas. Wish you were closer.....I love to watch and learn....lol.
