I have a 32 Ford Cabrolet with a broken side door glass. How do I take the frame off of the glass?

On my 34, I just pulled the pieces out with a pair of pliers and sent the frames to my glass guy and he put new glass in.

With the bottom rail unbolted the glass just slides into the window frame. I am sure it's stuck or may have weather stripping holding it

Many thanks for the help guys. A friend of mine just picked up this 32, and it needs everything.
