Default rebuilt shock report

I had made up some shocks for the front of the 33, one from a 34 front and one from a 40 front.
I fitted them last week, and on Saturday went for a drive up to Emu Park a 210 mile round trip on the notorious Bruce hi way.
55-60 mph no worries, our 33 has never had shocks on the front all the time we have owned it.
The 33 was always nice enough at 55-60 mph ,but now its feels really nice and stable, and me ,much more comfortable ,
this and eliminating the steering free play have made the 33 a pleasure to drive.
Just as well as early next year we doing a trip to the nationals and a look around, probably about 7000klms.
