Removing the rear to get the tranny out

Nine hours and still cannot get the rear back in place. The springs tilt to the rear and and hit the u bolts.

The u bolts have opened up and the shackles won't fit.

The last time I had to remove the tranny I removed the engine. 10 hours start to finish. I'm working on 14 hours now and it still is not done.
