Default 47 ford

i have a 47 tudor running early flathead with fenton 2x2 intake w/2 97's and fenton heads (i believe they are 8 or 9 -1) and fenton headers. electric fuel pump with regulator set at 3.5 psi. can anyone tell me if that is too much fuel or not enough? what should i be running? it runs good but stutters when accelerating. thanks for any advice/help. also, i am looking at the petronix electronic ignition setup, any comments on that? i just want to get away from messing with points.

That is to much fuel pressure, needs to be in the 2.0-2.5 psi range.
