I'm pretty new to owning stock Model A's. So I'm not sure how common my inquiry is, but...
I was wondering if Transmission "grinding" if perfectly normal on my '29 Tudor Sedan? When at a dead-stop, I go to put it in 1st gear and it grinds. When I'm driving it grinds into 2nd and sometimes 3rd. It doesn't seem to grind in reverse. I realize the car is old, but maybe there is an adjusment somewhere that I can make? Oh... If I'm at a dead-stop, sometimes I'll put it in 2nd (grinds), but then drop it into 1st (no grind). Thanks for the help! -Jeremy
