Default 16" wheel ID ? ford lug pattern

I have never seen a 16" wheel like this ,anyone know what its off of ?was on a 30 Model A chassis I bot , so its ford lug pattern but not ford ???.... sc

There were a few other companies that had the same bolt pattern as Ford. Studebaker for one.

Chrysler also used 5 on 5.5 spacing. I'm sure here were others too.
