Default AC fuel pump?

I have an AC EP11 electric fuel pump dated 8-80 I'd like to use as a a backup for the mechanical pump. I'm unsure if it is compatible with E-10 fuel. I assume it's a diaphragm type, but will have to admit I haven't opened it up to check. If I use it and the E-10 causes problems is there a readily available material I could use to replace the diaphragm and check valves, which are most likely rubber, that would work with E-10?

You thoughts are appreciated.
