Manifold stud removal

I bought an after market intake for my 29 model A. In anticipation of installation of this intake, longer manifold studs are required and supplied. I am just wondering if the removal of the original manifold studs will present a problem and if anyone might have a bit of advice to insure that removal of the original studs will go smoothly. I have searched for information but nothing specific has addressed this topic that I have found. Any help will be appreciated.
