Default F5 transmission

I have transnission out of an 1947 Ford F5 grain truck. I bought the engine and it came with the working trans. I've had this for over a year and I'm tired of moving it around the garage. Are the internals or case good for anything other than a large truck?
If any of you Barners need it, come get it! If you would like to trade ANYTHING for it ie: budweiser, air cleaner, valve stem cap or just a hand shake it yours!

Save the front, the bellhousing part... Some one will be grateful for it as it can be used to mount different trannys to an early(er) engine.

The bellhouse part (call hogshead) go from $100 to $150 most of the time on ebay.

Edit: Not sure, but from the photo it looks like the bellhousing may not be a separate part but cast into the transmission housing.

JSeery is correct, the bell housing is cast into the case making it a one piece. If no one can use it I will save the inspection cover and the screw down piece that holds the shifter in place. Of course I will completely dismantle it for education before scraping it. I will still attempt free to anyone who can use it for the next few weeks

I could use the inspection cover.

It would work great for a doodlebug, but that doesn't help you if you don't know anyone with one or looking to make one.

You're just a bit too far away for me.
Thanks anyway!
