Hi,
I am restoring a 1928 Tudor and was looking at my front and rear bumpers and comparing them to pictures in "Collectors Originality Guide" and "Henry's Lady". In some pictures the end bolt is fully chromed, others just the top and the lower bolt. The center is black. Others the entire bolt is black. Can somebody tell me which is correct for a 1928 tudor? Thanks REB |

RG&JS page 15-1 revised 1997
"The end bolts were raven finished with the heads and spacers painted black. The hex nut was painted black and the lock washer unfinished throughout production."

"Henry's Lady" is basically a book of pictures of "restored" cars, whether correctly done or not.
