Default 1956 Mercury frame

Question: Would the 1956 Mercury & the 1956 Ford Convertible frame be the same in size for I would like to order pre-bent fuel & brake lines & they have only a listing for the 56 Ford Convertible can anyone shed some light on this?
Thank you for your time.

Ask this in the 'late V8' section under general discussions.
