I might be wrong on this but I think the stamped steel grease retainer gets removed and when the new hub saver gets bolted in place it will serve somewhat as the grease retainer. I gonna buy one and will post some photos

I don't know anybody else that stocks them?

Ken and Enblocc, Please keep trying and thanks for the offer to post photos. The suggestion that the grease retainer gets removed makes sense and that one piece shown does resemble a grease retainer. Here's a picture of the MT Products Lincoln brake kit (1939).
