i don't know so much about them i have a very old drawing somewhere , but in my knowledge the second diaphrams should work for the wipers

You are going to want to test the pressure of your pump. If the add is correct and it produces 5 lbs, that's twice as much as needed and you'll have another issue on your hands with leaking carbs.
Strombergs only need 2-2.5 lbs of pressure from the pump |

You'll need a low-pressure regulator - you can use a Holley one and set it to 2 lbs max.

Sounds to me like the racers used the air-pressure outlet to pressurize their fuel tanks - instead of the good ole' hand pumps that most had back in the day. I've seen other "dual stage" pumps that were designed to pull vacuum to help with the wipers, etc . . . this one appears to be a pressure pump instead. Interesting!
