Hey Mike, add a picture of your blue Coe for an avatar. Then create some albums in your User CP "photos and albums" and upload pictures of some of your big iron. I am sure guys here would love to see your 39 too.

A friend of mine did this '39 coupe and I will say, he did a good job. No shortcuts...

Just sent my early 51 and 52 Cadillac distributors to Charles Schwindler in New York. He is going to modify/update them with later fly weights and vacuum advance to use manifold vacuum. I will try to post some photos when I get them back.

Did you find your bell housing to do the install ? Years ago I bought one believing it would fit my '52 engine , but it may be for the later engine that you have . I'm still looking for an early style adapter . Maybe we could trade ?

Mike, that was a very nice 39 coupe. A lot of people looked at it and it sold. Someone got a very nice car.

I do not enter very often. I bought a pair for a Cad install in my 26 Ford coupe. If I remember correctly I looked under Hot Rod or Ra$ Rod Cadillac engine mounts. Very seldom
do you find a Hurst set. Good luck |
