What are these?

Timely thread. Many years ago, I had machine work done on my block. Life got in the way and I'm just getting to it. I'm now going through the block realizing all the stuff the machinist lost.

Yep, you guess it, both oil gallery plugs are gone.

Two part question:

1) Did all front have that plug with the extension?
2) Does anyone know a source for these plugs or does anyone here have any good used one for sale?
