I just sent the seller an email asking if the transferable reg he has matches the motor number, so im hoping it does. Thanks

Hi Nick, I'm also in the process of transferring a NY registration in exchange for a PA title. You also need (or so I've been told by my Tag center) A MV-41 signed by a mechanic or notary. If you tow the car to the Tag center they will probably do the MV-41 for you, if you can't take the car there you will need to have a PA inspection mechanic or notary confirm (in person) the VIN on the car.

Thanks, I sent the seller an email asking if the transferable reg matches the motor number, hopefully it does. They told me I just need to take a picture of the vin and show it to them, I guess to confirm it really exsits
