No but I think I have isolated the problem to the distributer.
Until then, I better make a tape recirding if that car sound and play it as

Spaghetti the exhaust through some long, long tubes the rear and pipe them into one muffler i guess.

Very simple to get that sound. By adding a Turbo Entabulator to your '33 Ford, you can achieve that sound and increase power. Recommended by many flathead owners.

Big motor larger pipe. I used to live near a saw mill. When the diesel was not at operating speed, just warming up, that is the way it gurgled.
