I do not know the wholesaler, but our local hardware store (Orchard Supply Hardware) sells a bulk industrial product called conveyer belt rubber, which is cloth reinforced rubber. It comes in 1/16th, 1/8th, 3/16ths and 1/4 inch thickness. I like it for body pads as its much stronger than the soft rubber pads sold by most A suppliers.
