I know you guys will probably think I am nuts but my tires were leaking also...have original stems on the tubes.

That was 5 years ago.

I put some of that Green Goo or what ever it is called in the tube...5 years ago...Have had no problems since with air leaking out of the tube.

BUT...The downside of this is when I go to remove the tube from the wheel and tire someday...I have a feeling it is going to be a frickin mess!
