I have a 31 coupe that came with a partially modified 12 volt system and an FS electronic ignition. It had no wiring harness installed. I have researched all the threads regarding wiring and have come up with the attached wiring diagram of my car. I also added turn signals using new separate rear lights and the cowl lights as stand alone signals. I did not include the lights and horn circuits in this diagram as they are pretty much the same as stock.
I also have decided not to retrofit what I got to original as too much was done to generator and starter etc so what I would like to know is whether the sketch I have here will work. If not what needs to be changed for either efficiency or safety. |

The wire you show running direct from the generator the the starter solenoid will need to be removed if you want the ammeter to work
