Bassman - it doesnt help that USPS's International Mail Small Flat Rate BNox has been discontinued.
Before I "check out" in my order with Speedway, I stipulate HOW I want it shipped ie: USPS....and they will accommodate when charging you. I usually cut n paste the USPS quote in the comments section and the shipping price is confirmed on my order. Works for me  BFD |
