tod, no need to allow .005 to be honed. i only leave .0005 - .001, thus requiring less honing, which is hard work if doing manually. goog luck on the rest of the project!

Thanks for the input Jim. On this first one I wanted to make sure it could be take out to stock size even if it needs a light boring first.

This morning, in between running production and running some errands I cut the water outlet on the side. I will be spending today and this evening getting the sides and ends cut.
