Default Brake trouble

I purchased a 46 super deluxe sedan, I have brake fluid coming out of a new master cylinder and at junction blocks, but can not get any fluid to the wheel cylinders or to come out of bleeder screws. Any suggestions what to check or possible fixes? Would be appreciated

Sometimes flexible lines become deteriorated and blocked internally. Open the lines ahead of the flex lines, or replace with new ones if they appear old. If you don't get fluid out of the steel lines, consider rust blockage.

You don't give the condition of the car and brakes when you got it, a thorough inspection of the lines and cylinders might be in order.
