1940 ford dash bazel replacement

bob is correct. If you look under the dash you will see 4 little tabs with bolts that hold in the instrument cluster. Take photos of where the wires attach as you may have to disconnect them from all the gauges.You can see the 2 top tabs in this photo plus the 2 nuts. Two more are on the bottom edge. I don't recall why I put the black tape there other than to act as an anti rattler.
