Click on "GO ADVANCED" at the bottom of the message box, then click on the picture of the paper clip. Then click on "BROWSE", and find your picture, then click on "OPEN". Then click on "UPLOAD" and wait until the upload is finished. Then come back to the message box and click on "SUBMIT REPLY".

This works for me, choose advanced, click on the paper clip for attachments,in the drop down menu choose browse from your computer and click the pic you want to upload. if it fails your picture is to big. I find if you don't have a program to make it smaller like me, email it to yourself making it smaller, put it in your pictures and upload that. maybe someone has an easier way and will respond. Good luck

Quote:
1. Right-click on the image 2. Choose Open with... 3. Choose "Paint" 4. Choose Save As... 5. Give it a new name like: "my-image-small" 6. Click the Resize toolbar button 7. Enter a percentage that makes the image smaller 8. The image will appear smaller on your screen 9. Choose Save to save the smaller image In between steps 5 and 6, I usually choose Properties to find the current size and divide 800 by that number. The result is the percentage I enter into step 7. (Example 800 / 2,560 = 31%) I know this sounds like a lot of steps, but it can be performed in less than a minute. It's not hard.
