Default Strange Model A tool. What was it?

Saw a strange model a tool at a show a few weeks ago. Picture in your mind a hammer. It's the size of a normal hammer. On one side is a normal looking hammer head but on the other side is a socket to remove wheel lug nuts. The tool had a part number starting with "AF". I've seen A's with AF part numbers before but not on tools. Anybody have an idea? Some other people at the show saw the tool and some crazy amounts of money were being offered for the tool.

Sounds like something used for hubcaps but I have only seen ones with a rubber head.

A part number starting with a prefix of "AF" would make it right hand drive. How this would differ from left hand drive would be anybodies guess.
