Default You guys see this story over on HAMB ?

That is one HARD trip for a flattie and with only third gear most of the time. Its a great read..

Could the low rear end gearing have over stressed the trans gears?
I would think that third gear would have the most load on it though but maybe not since he was pulling a loaded trailer coupled with the long diff gears. First gear really worked to get the whole assembly moving....
