WHERE; can I get interior door panels, fiberboard precut with holes,( window crank/door handle ) I have inquires in Le Baron Bonney and Cartouche, is there someone else ?? My 39 fordor came to me all apart, like body off, doors off, glass out, most all there, but all apart. I have one door panel, driver ?? thanks for all you help, through the years .......... OLD....BILL

I believe Macs has a complete kit you can buy for all panels, etc. I bought the board and cut my own before I found out Macs sells them. Still turned out good.

With one sample you can make a set. Buy the proper panel material and make the holes. All said and done buy the panels cut to size and pre punched.

LeBaron Bonney has the panels and will sell them as a set separate from their upholstery kits.

Mac's have the best deal, I just got a complete set for a 40 for around $250. Seems like a lot but it came with all the clips and the small cardboard pieces, except the kick panels. Hang on for extra shipping though, Chuck S.

There is a U-tube video of LeBarron Bonney using their computerized cutting machine to "cut" some panels for a 49 Ford (if I remember correctly). The machine has special cutting tooling to cut any size or shape that is cad cam fed into it. It's a pretty amazing machine. Wished I could afford one.
