I'm not a paint guy but we have been trying to figure out the color of my 37 and came across a friend with original Ditzler paint chips and color codes.
#1747 Dal: 17=30-25=90-46=164-49=1060 ( for enamel) DQE: 109=22-120=152-102=338-DX200=358-111=1048 ( for lacquer) I copied this from the book so double check before you mix. Looking at the book there are a multitude of different Washington blue colors depending the year and paint company. There are also a lot of other blues of different names that are pretty close to Washington blue. These codes are for 1937 Ford. Good luck, Don |
