Thanks everyone for the reminder on the 'common sense' question about the manifold washers ( came to me later, then everyone confirmed it).

Next Question - What color to paint the return pipe from the radiator to the side of the motor (I think engine green)?

The pipe with the petcock that is attached by the two hoses is gloss black. The outlet that attaches to the engine is green.
