Default 1930 AA Rearend Removal

I need to replace the short shaft on the AA. What is the procedure on removing the AA rearend? Any tips?

If you have the coupling shaft with the front u-joint you can
remove it without taking the rear end out.

Hello Don,
I got your PM regarding installing the Warford, I have not done this myself , but there is much info at FMAATC on how to, here is a pic of the u,joint that Bob refers to, it is a bolt together set up that may have been installed at sometime as a service kit.
If it is the rear u-joint you still have to remove the axle, if you just want to replace the u-joint for now PM me , I have a spare joint.
