Emergency brake cross shaft
Does anyone know of a source for an emergency brake cross shaft with levers? I am working on a 29 roadster that I got as a basket case and it didn’t have one. I can get a shaft at any of the parts dealers, but they all say the levers are not being reproduced. No luck at swap meets so far. Any leads would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe there is a Model A club near by. LOT's of members in and around western Iowa. LOT's of members means LOT's of parts. But as Brent says...Bert's works also! Pluck Last edited by Steve Plucker; 09-21-2011 at 08:12 AM. |

Re: Emergency brake cross shaft
I have several e-brake cross shafts. Looks like I will be heading home next week sometime to take care of some things, then heading back to Omaha after about 5-6 days home. I can bring one back as far as Omaha. Also this weekend is the swapmeet in Freemont, Ne. Very likely someone there will have one. Rod
